Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for large-scale language models.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers in researching novel AI architectures.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Establish best practices for MLOps and model governance.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate technical vision into business impact.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA.
- Strong understanding of Deep Learning, NLP, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills and leadership experience.
