Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable Agentic AI architectures capable of complex reasoning and autonomous decision-making.
- Lead the fine-tuning and optimization of LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Llama 3) for specific enterprise use cases.
- Establish MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Define best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and explainability in AI systems.
- Research and evaluate emerging AI paradigms to maintain a competitive edge through 2026.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Core Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and SQL.
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer models, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing high-availability distributed systems.
