Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AGI Roadmap: Lead the strategic direction for our artificial general intelligence research, setting long-term goals for self-improvement and autonomy.
- Architect Neural Systems: Design and implement scalable neural network architectures capable of processing complex, unstructured data streams in real-time.
- Lead High-Performance Teams: Mentor and manage a team of world-class machine learning engineers and data scientists.
- Publish and Patent: Drive innovation by publishing groundbreaking research papers and filing patents for novel algorithms.
- Collaborate with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work closely with ethicists, security experts, and product designers to ensure safe and beneficial AI deployment.
- Optimize Compute Efficiency: Architect systems that maximize throughput while minimizing energy consumption for large-scale training runs.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: At least 7+ years of experience in machine learning research or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Proven experience with Transformer models, Reinforcement Learning, or LLM fine-tuning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity problems with elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
