Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable ML Infrastructure: Design and implement high-performance, fault-tolerant machine learning pipelines capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Identify emerging trends in AI (e.g., AGI, Quantum Computing integration) and architect our roadmap to be future-proof by the target year of 2026.
- Lead Model Development: Spearhead the research and development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI agents.
- Optimize Inference: Reduce latency and cost through advanced model quantization and distributed inference techniques.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers and security experts to ensure AI solutions are ethical, compliant, and scalable.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish rigorous engineering standards and mentor junior developers on best practices in deep learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture role.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Apache Spark, Ray).
- AI Expertise: Proven track record of deploying production-ready models, specifically in NLP or Computer Vision.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams through complex technical challenges.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on solving open-ended, complex problems.
