Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for Generative AI applications and multi-agent workflows.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM fine-tuning, training, and deployment using modern MLOps frameworks.
- Optimize inference latency and model performance for real-time consumer applications.
- Establish best practices for prompt engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of researchers, product managers, and designers to translate technical concepts into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on Machine Learning or Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and neural network optimization.
- Strong experience with vector databases and RAG pipelines.
