Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the architecture of complex, scalable AI systems aligned with the 2026 Strategic Initiative goals.
- Lead the research and implementation of novel machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance optimization across all AI deployments.
- Identify emerging technologies and trends to integrate into the 2026 product roadmap.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and at least two major deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale distributed systems and data pipelines.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
