Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end AI infrastructure capable of scaling to millions of users.
- Lead the development of proprietary Large Language Models (LLMs) and computer vision systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Establish best practices for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment on cloud-native platforms.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks to drive continuous improvement in our product offerings.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing scalable distributed systems and high-performance computing environments.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, calculus, and probability theory.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and cloud providers (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
