Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable AI systems for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and performance.
- Lead the technical strategy for integrating quantum-ready algorithms into our cloud infrastructure.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices in security and scalability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to propose innovative solutions for future-proofing our products.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong understanding of system design principles, microservices, and API development.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
