Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our Horizon Initiative, ensuring scalability and innovation for the 2026 timeframe.
- Design Neural Architectures: Develop and optimize deep learning models, specifically focusing on transformer architectures and generative AI.
- System Integration: Oversee the integration of AI models with legacy systems and cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes and Docker.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical bottlenecks and implement robust solutions to mitigate risks in real-time data processing.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems with innovative technical solutions.
