Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex AI infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security for large-scale ML workloads.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore cutting-edge advancements in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision, with a focus on practical deployment by 2026.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the training and fine-tuning of proprietary models, optimizing for latency, cost-efficiency, and inference accuracy.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence within the AI team.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Collaborate with product managers to define technical roadmaps that align with business goals and emerging market trends.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI systems adhere to rigorous ethical standards, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or AI architecture, with at least 2 years leading high-impact technical projects.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Modeling: Proven track record of deploying and optimizing large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
