As the pace of Artificial Intelligence accelerates, we are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our cutting-edge research into Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Neural Interfaces. In this role, you will define the technical roadmap for our next-generation AI products, working closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product designers.
Responsibilities
- Architect Advanced AI Systems: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant architectures for Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI agents.
- Pipeline Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines to reduce latency and maximize throughput for real-time applications.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms, including reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF) and self-supervised learning.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of ML engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps, ensuring alignment with our long-term vision for 2026 and beyond.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Strong background in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
