Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Agentic AI workflows using Python and modern orchestration frameworks like LangChain and AutoGPT.
- Design persistent memory systems and sophisticated context management strategies to improve agent performance over time.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) with complex tool use, function calling, and real-time external APIs.
- Optimize inference latency and reduce token costs for high-volume, enterprise-grade AI applications.
- Establish best practices for AI safety, alignment, and robust error handling in autonomous systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence across the AI engineering team.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on AI/ML or distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python and deep understanding of machine learning libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, HuggingFace).
- Experience with LLM frameworks, vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus), and RAG architectures.
- Strong grasp of system design principles, API development, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
