Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-era technology roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting $1B+ market opportunities
- Develop patent portfolios for at least 3 breakthrough technologies annually
- Present future tech insights to C-suite and strategic partners including NASA and DARPA
- Mentor emerging engineers in futuristic development methodologies
- Drive sustainability initiatives in next-gen tech production cycles
- Secure $5M+ in innovation funding through strategic proposals
Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech R&D with 5+ years in future-tech strategy roles
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching tech products with $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology
- Active patents in AI ethics or sustainable tech (minimum 5 granted)
- Security clearance preferred for government collaboration projects
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global tech partnerships
