Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to define the company's technological and product direction for the year 2026, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to identify high-impact opportunities for integration into our current ecosystem.
- Roadmap Development: Create detailed strategic roadmaps and execution plans that translate complex future concepts into actionable product features and engineering milestones.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and executive leadership to secure buy-in for the 2026 vision and communicate complex ideas clearly.
- Innovation Labs: Prototype and validate new concepts in the Apex Innovation Lab to de-risk future product development.
Qualifications
- Strategic Mastery: 8+ years of experience in product strategy, innovation management, or future-forward technology roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Forward-Thinking Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into strategic advantage with a specific focus on the 2026 timeframe.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging tech stacks (Cloud, AI, Blockchain) and their potential trajectory through 2026.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex future scenarios to non-technical stakeholders and inspire teams to execute on a long-term vision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
