- Author quarterly trend reports with 95%+ accuracy for industry disruption forecasts
- Design and implement innovation roadmaps for AI, biotech, and quantum computing convergence
- Spearhead Horizon's annual 'Future State' conference series
- Mentor junior futurists using our proprietary Foresight Methodology™
- Secure partnerships with MIT Media Lab and Singularity University
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Published author or keynote speaker on exponential technologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis)
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on disruptive innovation
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 3-5 year trend predictions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFCN or Foresight Practitioner)
- Fluency in English with exceptional written/verbal communication
