In this pivotal role, you will design and maintain the high-performance computing environments necessary to support our advanced AI models. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and scalable, production-ready infrastructure, ensuring our platforms remain at the cutting edge of technology.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the architectural design of scalable cloud-native infrastructure optimized for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Implement robust DevOps practices to automate deployment, scaling, and monitoring of AI workloads.
- Collaborate with data scientists to ensure seamless integration of machine learning models into production pipelines.
- Ensure data sovereignty, security, and compliance across all global infrastructure nodes.
- Drive innovation in edge computing and distributed systems to support low-latency AI applications.
- Guide a team of junior engineers in best practices for system reliability and scalability.
Responsibilities
- Design and oversee the implementation of fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabyte-scale data processing.
- Optimize database architecture for high-velocity transaction processing and AI training workloads.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery cycles.
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to protect proprietary algorithms.
- Define technical standards and coding guidelines for the engineering department.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical stakeholders during system migrations and upgrades.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI infrastructure or MLOps.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep knowledge of major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and serverless architectures.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, distributed systems theory, and high-availability patterns.
- Experience with quantum computing frameworks or neural network optimization is highly preferred.
