Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients in a professional manner.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategize and meet daily and weekly targets.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
- Participate in daily training sessions and role-plays to refine your closing techniques.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
- Identify and qualify leads to ensure a steady pipeline of opportunities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.
- Ability to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection.
- Self-motivated mindset with a desire to exceed performance goals.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (optional for some remote roles).
