Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services.
- Drive sales performance by actively promoting our brand and achieving daily/weekly targets.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with a diverse client base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and optimize sales approaches.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising to ensure a welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or retail (1-2 years preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
