Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers to determine their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with merchandise.
- Learn and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Valid driver's license (preferred for field roles, not required for retail).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
