Responsibilities
- Attend and actively participate in our 4-week paid training program to master sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Prospect for new clients through various channels, including cold calling and networking.
- Conduct professional presentations to demonstrate the value of our services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and loyalty.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales strategies and processes.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional phone presence.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate web-based platforms.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to commute to our Detroit office.
