Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation via phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify leads using BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
- Schedule qualified appointments for senior account executives
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to maintain accurate sales pipeline data
- Collaborate with marketing team to refine outreach strategies
- Participate in weekly sales training sessions and performance reviews
- Exceed monthly KPIs for call volume and meeting conversion rates
Qualifications
