Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Customer Service: provide a high level of service, answering questions, processing transactions, and handling returns efficiently.
- Merchandising: maintain store displays, ensure product availability, and organize the sales floor to attract shoppers.
- Team Collaboration: work closely with management and team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
- Brand Representation: uphold the company's image and values at all times while on the sales floor.
- Inventory Management: assist in stock counts and inventory organization as required.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with a diverse customer base.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attitude: A positive, energetic, and professional demeanor.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
