Responsibilities
- Drive Sales: Actively engage customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products/services to meet sales targets.
- Customer Service: Provide an exceptional in-store experience, ensuring every customer feels valued and supported.
- Brand Representation: Maintain a high standard of visual presentation and uphold the company’s brand image at all times.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, pricing, and promotions to effectively educate customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective goals and support store operations.
- Goal Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as business demands.
