Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to determine needs and recommend products/services.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Build and maintain a positive, professional relationship with clients to drive loyalty.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and fully stocked at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice.
- Assist in inventory management and visual merchandising.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous sales experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with retail software.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting goals.
