Responsibilities
- Exceed sales targets through personalized product recommendations and upselling
- Operate POS systems efficiently while processing transactions and returns
- Manage inventory stock, displays, and merchandising standards
- Build customer loyalty through follow-up communication and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with team members on promotions and store events
- Maintain pristine store appearance and cleanliness standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with solution-oriented approaches
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
