Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through product demonstrations and solution-based selling
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for electronics and smart home devices
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash accountability
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and operational excellence
- Stay current on product knowledge through continuous training and certification programs
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising to maintain premium store presentation
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or sales experience with proven track record of meeting targets
- Strong technical aptitude with enthusiasm for consumer electronics and smart home technology
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to explain complex features simply
- Proficiency in POS systems and retail software (e.g., Shopify, Square)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
