Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new customers through digital channels and CRM tools
- Present product solutions and close sales deals via phone/video conferences
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce and maintain accurate client records
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high client satisfaction
- Attend weekly virtual team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in B2B sales or customer-facing roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- High-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Valid Texas sales certification (or willingness to obtain)
