Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain HRIS data with precision and confidentiality
- Coordinate employee relations activities, conflict resolution, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor regulations (FLSA, EEO, FMLA)
- Organize virtual training sessions and professional development programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive HR coordination or generalist experience
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, BambooHR) and MS Office Suite
- SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
