Responsibilities
- Master cash handling, deposits, withdrawals, and basic transaction processing
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and virtual channels
- Learn and utilize banking software for account management and fraud prevention
- Assist with cross-selling bank products and services
- Process loan payments and resolve account discrepancies
- Participate in ongoing training modules for banking compliance and procedures
- Support branch operations through periodic on-site rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Basic math aptitude and cash handling experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal/written) with tech proficiency
- Ability to work independently with remote flexibility
- Customer service mindset with problem-solving abilities

- Willingness to obtain NYS banking license post-training
