Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through secure transactions, deposits, withdrawals, and account inquiries
- Process loan payments, transfers, and check cashing with precision and compliance
- Operate digital banking platforms while maintaining physical branch presence for client meetings
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and digital banking tools
- Uphold strict regulatory standards and security protocols for all financial operations
- Assist with marketing campaigns for credit union services and community events

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
