Responsibilities
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and transfers accurately
- Verify account information and documentation for compliance
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances and services
- Cross-sell bank products (checking, savings, loans) based on needs
- Maintain cash drawer and ATM reconciliation records
- Adhere to federal banking regulations (BSA, AML)
- Participate in weekly training sessions and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Zero banking experience required – trainees welcome!
- Basic math proficiency (10-key calculator skills preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service aptitude
- Ability to stand for extended periods (banking environment)
- Pass background check and fingerprinting
- Valid California driver's license (if required for branch visits)
- Must be available for weekday training (8am-5pm)
