Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments.
- Greet customers warmly and assist with account inquiries and opening new accounts.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to recommend additional banking products and services.
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain a clean and organized teller line to ensure efficient customer flow.
- Adhere to all bank security policies and compliance regulations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience in a retail or financial setting.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to handle cash accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must pass a background check and credit check.
