Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients via in-person and remote channels
- Assist with account openings, loan applications, and product inquiries
- Maintain strict compliance with banking regulations and security protocols
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transaction records
- Participate in remote training modules and virtual team meetings
- Support branch operations as needed during on-site rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic cash handling or customer service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in digital banking platforms and basic software
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to pass background check and credit screening
