Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy (deposits, withdrawals, transfers)
- Balance cash drawers and maintain audit compliance daily
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for bank products/services
- Resolve routine customer inquiries with professionalism
- Adhere to strict security protocols and anti-fraud procedures
- Master digital banking platforms during training period
- Complete all required compliance training modules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math proficiency with cash handling aptitude
- Strong customer service mindset and communication skills
