Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision and efficiency
- Build strong client relationships through personalized service and problem-solving
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for banking products and services
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to security protocols
- Learn and comply with banking regulations (BSA, AML, etc.)
- Assist with branch operations including opening accounts and resolving account inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch service and sales goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn banking software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle cash transactions
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Valid Arizona driver's license required
