Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Provide exceptional service by resolving account inquiries and recommending digital banking solutions
- Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and adhere to strict security protocols
- Open new accounts and assist with KYC/AML compliance documentation
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales and service goals
- Participate in ongoing training to master new banking products and technologies
- Uphold bank policies and federal regulations in all customer interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficiency with basic math and 10-key calculator functions
- Strong attention to detail with ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Excellent verbal communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to pass background check and credit verification
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn banking software systems
