Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional service while resolving account inquiries and concerns
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with security protocols
- Actively promote bank products (checking, savings, loans) to meet sales goals
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist customers with self-service tools
- Participate in ongoing training to master new systems and procedures

Qualifications
