Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 100% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional remote customer service via video calls, chat, and phone
- Master digital banking platforms and assist customers with online/mobile banking
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and sensitive information
- Build client relationships through personalized financial guidance
- Collaborate with branch teams during in-person training rotations
- Continuously expand product knowledge to cross-sell appropriate services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash
- Strong communication skills with remote collaboration experience
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced digital environments
- Attention to detail with zero-error transaction processing

- Reliable technology setup for remote work (high-speed internet, webcam)
