Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Verify account details and maintain strict adherence to banking compliance standards
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding account balances, fees, and services
- Balance cash drawers and daily transaction reports with 100% accuracy
- Cross-sell bank products (checking accounts, loans, credit cards) based on customer needs
- Maintain organized records using proprietary banking software systems
- Participate in ongoing training to achieve full Teller certification
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
