Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling, check cashing, and deposits.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Assist in the daily opening and closing procedures of the teller line, including balancing the cash drawer.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities to promote bank products and services to clients.
- Maintain strict compliance with bank policies, regulatory standards, and security procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service or cash-handling experience preferred.
- Strong mathematical skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
