Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with 100% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build trust through personalized service while educating clients on digital banking tools
- Maintain strict compliance with bank security protocols and anti-fraud measures
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining positive relationships
- Balance cash drawer and reconcile daily transactions according to audit standards
- Actively cross-sell bank products based on customer needs and financial profiles
- Participate in weekly training modules and skill assessments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in finance preferred
- Proven customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or call center environments
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts simply
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure
- Must pass background check, credit check, and pre-employment screening
- Availability for full-time schedule including Saturdays (1-2 days/month)
