Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and cash checks.
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to resolve inquiries and build relationships.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash drawers with strict accuracy and security.
- Learn and assist in opening new accounts and processing applications under supervision.
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for our suite of financial products and services.
- Adhere to all banking regulations, compliance procedures, and security protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby and work area.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Basic math skills and high attention to detail are essential.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is preferred but not required for this trainee role.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong ethical standards and the ability to handle cash responsibly.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Willingness to complete a background check and fingerprinting.
