Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate bank-provided equipment including cash drawers, scanners, and security systems
- Provide exceptional customer service while resolving account inquiries
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and sensitive information
- Cross-sell bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance banking knowledge
- Maintain clean and organized workstation with provided resources
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods using provided ergonomic equipment
- Basic computer proficiency with willingness to learn proprietary banking systems
- Pass background check and pre-employment screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
