Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash deposits, withdrawals, and check cashing.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving account issues.
- Open new accounts and assist customers with completing required documentation and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
- Cross-sell bank products such as credit cards, loans, and savings accounts to meet branch goals.
- Maintain the accuracy of the cash drawer and balance daily transactions according to strict banking regulations.
- Identify and refer customers to financial specialists for more complex needs.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Business is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in mathematical calculations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
