Responsibilities
- Deliver in-person and virtual customer support for account transactions, inquiries, and basic financial guidance
- Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and payments with precision using banking software
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling, fraud prevention, and confidential data
- Build client relationships through personalized service and cross-sell banking products
- Participate in remote training modules covering compliance, digital banking tools, and operational procedures
- Collaborate with branch teams to resolve complex customer issues and process exceptions
- Maintain accurate transaction records and contribute to branch performance metrics
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in finance preferred
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash transactions
- Strong communication skills for both in-person and digital customer interactions
- Ability to adapt to hybrid work environment with reliable home internet access
