Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with precision
- Provide exceptional service via phone, email, and secure video conferencing
- Learn and adhere to banking compliance regulations (BANK SECrecy Act, AML)
- Assist with branch operations including cash management and account maintenance
- Build client relationships through proactive communication and problem-solving
