Responsibilities
- Process transactions with 99.9% accuracy including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Deliver exceptional customer service via in-person and virtual platforms
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance protocols
- Actively promote digital banking solutions and cross-sell products
- Participate in remote training modules for compliance and systems mastery
- Support branch operations through weekend and evening rotations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Proficiency with digital tools and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license for occasional inter-branch travel
- Must pass background check and credit review
