Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions (deposits, withdrawals, transfers) with 99.9% accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service through virtual and in-branch channels
- Resolve account inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues remotely
- Adhere to strict banking regulations and security protocols
- Cross-sell financial products based on customer needs
- Maintain accurate transaction records in digital banking systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic proficiency with digital banking platforms and MS Office
- Strong communication skills with remote work experience
- Ability to pass background check and FINRA Series 6 exam
- Attention to detail with numerical aptitude
