Responsibilities
- Input and Maintain Data: Accurately enter and update information into our internal databases and CRM systems.
- Assist with Reporting: Generate basic weekly and monthly reports to track team performance and progress.
- Customer Support: Communicate with clients via email to answer inquiries and resolve common issues.
- File Management: Organize digital files and ensure all documents are stored securely and are easily accessible.
- Research Tasks: Conduct basic online research to assist the management team with market analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily virtual stand-ups and collaborate with team members on shared projects.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs) and typing skills of at least 35 WPM.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
