Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls via VoIP software for order processing, billing inquiries, and technical support
- Maintain detailed customer records in CRM systems with 99% accuracy
- Resolve customer issues using active listening and de-escalation techniques
- Achieve monthly performance metrics including CSAT scores and handle time targets
- Collaborate with supervisors and team leads to improve service quality
- Participate in ongoing product and process training
- Adhere to HIPAA/FERPA compliance protocols for sensitive data handling
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience in call center or remote setting
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills with clear diction
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office setup
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
